NCTS CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 7 days will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee & within 3 days will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Course subject to change or cancellation pending numbers. Cancellation must be via email to training@nctsltd.ie and must be within business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

You MUST bring physical Safe Pass card on the day. A copy of it, a picture or a letter of completion is NOT accepted. You will not be allowed to attend the course and full fee will apply.

If attending through the Department of Social Protection and you don’t show up, an invoice will be issued direct to you.

Our courses are English speaking courses; therefore, every candidate MUST have a good understanding of English otherwise you may be asked to leave the course.

No Shows will be charged full amount.
