NCTS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION

1. A booking may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of course.
2. For bookings cancelled 7 days to before the course begins, 50% of the full amount will be refunded, cancellations less than 7 days before the course begins will not be refunded.
3. Once the course commencement date has passed, there are no refunds for any cancellation. This may include (but is not limited to) late arrival, early departure, or days missed during the course.
4. If a student wishes to withdraw from their course after arrival at the class, they must inform the NCTS Management explaining their circumstances. All withdrawals need to be made in writing to NCTS.

REFUNDS

1. No refunds will be made after a course has started.
2. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of NCTS receiving the cancellation.
3. In case of illness, students may ask for a course to be postponed to a later date. In these cases, NCTS will require a medical certificate. In cases where NCTS grants a postponement, courses and accommodation bookings may not normally be carried over year-to-year.
